Jungle books

Have you ever wondered how the hell the makers of Jungle Books wound up with such an enormous, yet utterly enjoyable, game? For one thing, they had to put a lot of effort into making it so great. In addition, they made the game incredibly challenging and fun at the same time. It's probably the best example of a game that creates an atmosphere of mystery and wonder. And like the rain forest, the game is also incredibly detailed and vibrant as well.

The game mechanics and the design are both very interesting, because they allow the designers to create numerous possible outcomes for each play through of the game. For example, on the lower paying level plays, there are five reels where you will make a certain number of points. As you make more points, the screen will shift to show a jungle environment with a number of animals walking around. The trick behind earning more points on the lower paying plays is by paying attention to a timer and paying attention to which animal is moving around the screen first. The payoff is that you gain more points, but you lose money, too – and that makes it tough to win on higher level plays, unless you know you're playing against someone who really wants the win more than you do!

The trick that really made Jungle Books exciting was the way in which the different character combinations mixed up with one another in exciting and sometimes surprising ways. When the characters fiddle around on their own, or when they're partnered with a special animal partner, these little tugs of nature create some very unique experiences. This is one of the reasons why Jungle Books are such a great game, because just about every time you play you're treated to a brand new animal – and each new animal adds another wrinkle to the story. Just like the stuffed toys that made us happy when we were children, the little twigs and frogs that were added to our favorite sets grew along with us, learning from experience, becoming stronger, and are learning the value of friendship when it became necessary.
